Usman Nurmagomedov

🚨BREAKING: Usman Nurmagomedov will sign with the UFC once his exclusive negotiating period with the PFL expires at the end of October. The undefeated lightweight has completed his PFL contract, and his next move will finally take him to the biggest stage in MMA. The decision was already made, with the UFC emerging as his destination, although no deal has been officially announced. Nurmagomedov is 22-0 and has established himself as one of the best lightweights outside the UFC. As for his debut? If the deal comes together in the coming weeks, later this year or early 2027 could be a realistic target, against a top-ranked lightweight. With Khabib in his corner and Umar already competing in the UFC, the Nurmagomedov family could soon have another member inside the Octagon. The question is whether Usman can make an immediate impact in the UFC’s stacked 155-pound division. 👀

🚨BREAKING: According to sources close to the situation, Usman Nurmagomedov has turned down a massive new offer from the PFL that was worth over 2 million dollars per fight. The company went all out trying to convince him to stay with a ridiculous amount of cash, especially with their momentum following the merger with Netflix. The PFL threw everything they had at him during their exclusive negotiation period, but it looks like money alone was not enough to lock him down long term. Once that 90 day exclusive window with the PFL fully expires, Usman is expected to make things official and sign with the UFC. If everything stays on track, the plan is for him to make his UFC debut before the year comes to an end.

ESPN released its new MMA 30 Under 30 list, and fans are arguing over the top spots UFC flyweight champion Joshua Van (24) is ranked No. 1 But right behind him, PFL champion Usman Nurmagomedov took the No. 2 spot, placing him above former UFC champion Ilia Topuria at No. 3 Usman is undefeated with multiple title defenses in PFL, while Topuria has fought the very best inside the UFC Octagon
