Carlos Ulberg knocked out Jiri Prochazka at 3:45 of the first round to capture the UFC light heavyweight championship at UFC 327. The main card also featured Paulo Costa knocking out Azamat Murzakanov in round three, Josh Emmett defeating Curtis Blaydes by unanimous decision in a Fight of the Night performance, Dominick Reyes edging Johnny Walker by split decision, and Cub Swanson finishing Nate Landwehr by TKO in the first round. On the prelims, Mateusz Gamrot submitted Esteban Ribovitch in round two, Tatiana Suarez submitted Lupita Godinez in round two, and Vicente Luque submitted Kelvin Gastelum in round one.
