Complete results from PFL Chicago have been announced. In the main event, Mitch McKee defeated Sergio Pettis by unanimous decision. Renat Khaualov also won by unanimous decision over Rafion Stots, while Viviane Araujo decisioned Shanna Young. Gabriel Braga defeated Chayden Leialoha by unanimous decision. Other notable finishes included Jena Bishop submitting Borena Tsertsvadze with a rear-naked choke in round one, and Omar El Dafrawy knocking out James Weck in the first round. Alexander Romanov submitted Rodrigo Nascimento with a guillotine choke in round two.
