Zaur Gadzhiev and/or his teammates allegedly attacked Eduard Vartanyan in the backstage area before Vartanyan's fight, striking him in the back of the head. Despite the incident, Gadzhiev will not be expelled from the league according to the post. ACA president Magomed Bibulatov confirmed that he had a stern conversation with Gadzhiev about the incident. The attack reportedly occurred just before Vartanyan was scheduled to compete. This incident adds to concerns about backstage conduct and fighter safety at ACA events.
