Paulo Costa expressed extreme dissatisfaction that Josh Howitt received a double bonus while he received nothing. Costa argued that Howitt's heavyweight fight, while excellent, did not deserve two bonuses compared to his performance. Costa stated he finished his fight early against an undefeated Russian opponent with a 16-0 record after three brutal rounds. He was so upset he contacted Dana White and Hunter Campbell directly. Costa believes he deserved the performance bonus and hopes UFC leadership will reconsider their decision. He expressed that the perceived injustice made him want to destroy everything.
