Arman Tsarukyan revealed that Ryan Garcia has not paid him $40,000 that Garcia owes from a lost bet made during a stream. Tsarukyan stated that when Garcia lost the wager, he initially said he would count the money and bring it, then promised to transfer it to Tsarukyan's account. Garcia gave his word as a man that he would send the payment. However, five days have passed since the bet was settled, and Garcia has not even asked for Tsarukyan's card number to complete the transfer.
