Ryan Garcia allegedly fails to pay Arman Tsarukyan $40,000 from stream bet

Arman Tsarukyan claims Ryan Garcia has not paid him $40,000 after losing a bet during a live stream. Tsarukyan said Garcia initially promised to count the money and bring it, then said he would transfer it to Tsarukyan's account. Garcia gave his word that he would send the payment, but five days have passed and he has not even asked for Tsarukyan's card number. The comments were made during an interview with Adam Zubairaev. Tsarukyan mentioned he is currently on a trip with Hamzat Chimaev.
