ACA President Magomed Bibulatov has candidly discussed the promotion's doping control program, revealing that more fighters test positive for banned substances than clean. He noted that replacement fighters on short notice tend to be the cleanest, as they don't have time to cycle off. The organization gave fighters six months to clean up and allowed certain therapeutic substances, but the problem persists. Bibulatov is considering year-long suspensions for violators but acknowledged that doping control is expensive and would be more feasible if all Russian promotions collaborated, which he considers unlikely. He suggested that lists of non-compliant fighters could be made public but questioned whether that would be beneficial.
