ACA President reveals more fighters use PEDs than compete clean in the league

According to Bibulatov, fighters who take bouts on short notice tend to be the cleanest because they "didn't have time to apply anything." The organization gave fighters six months to clear their systems and allowed certain permitted substances when they implemented testing. Bibulatov noted that drug testing is expensive and suggested Russian promotions should collaborate on anti-doping efforts, though he believes this is unlikely to happen. The league is still deciding how to handle fighters who test positive for banned substances.
