Dagestan resident fined for inciting hatred against Russians in UFC chat

A 21-year-old man from Dagestan named Magomed S. was fined for inciting ethnic hatred in a UFC Telegram chat. The Kizlyar District Court heard the case under Article 20.3.1 of the Administrative Code. Officers from Center E discovered Magomed's violation in comments he posted three years ago in the UFC Eurasia Telegram chat, where he made inflammatory statements about Russians during an argument with other users. He apologized within 90 minutes of posting the comments and acknowledged that there are worthy people among Russians. In court, Magomed admitted guilt and expressed remorse, resulting in a fine of 10,000 rubles.
