Dagestan resident fined for inciting hatred against Russians in UFC chat

A 21-year-old man identified as Magomed S. from Dagestan has been fined for inciting hatred based on comments made in a UFC-related Telegram chat. The Kizlyar District Court heard the case under Article 20.3.1 of the Administrative Code. Officers from Center "E" discovered violations in comments Magomed made three years ago in the UFC Eurasia Telegram chat, where he made derogatory statements about Russians during an argument with other users. He apologized approximately 90 minutes after posting the comments. In court, Magomed admitted guilt and expressed remorse, resulting in a 10,000 ruble fine.
