Paulo Costa volunteers to move to heavyweight and fight Josh Hewitt at White House

Paulo Costa has offered to jump to heavyweight immediately to face Josh Hewitt at the upcoming UFC White House event. Costa claims he is possibly the largest middleweight in history and would not need to cut weight for the fight. He believes he might even be heavier than Hewitt on fight night. Costa also mentioned that if the UFC gives him the fight, he can collect the $100k he says Hewitt owes him. The statement appears to be a callout aimed at replacing or altering the planned Hewitt matchup.
