Paulo Costa offers to fight Josh Hawkit at heavyweight for White House card

Paulo Costa has declared he is ready to move up to heavyweight immediately to face Josh Hawkit. Costa claims he is possibly the biggest middleweight in history and believes he could be heavier than Hawkit without a weight cut. He suggests replacing Derrick Lewis's planned opponent at the White House event with himself. Costa added that if he gets the fight with Hawkit at the White House, he could also reclaim the $100,000 he says Hawkit owes him.
