Jan Blachowicz has successfully undergone knee surgery, which he described as going according to plan. The procedure was performed by Dr. Damian Zaborovsky under the supervision of Dr. Michalik, who has been with Blachowicz for all his previous surgeries. The former UFC light heavyweight champion praised the medical team for their work in quickly restoring full functionality to his knee. Blachowicz stated that the doctors did an outstanding job and literally got him back on his feet. He also mentioned that Dr. Michalik performed additional sinus cleaning during the procedure. Blachowicz hinted that he has a plan and a new fight date, suggesting his return to competition is being scheduled.
