Fedor Emelianenko, now 49 years old, is currently running 15 kilometers in approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes during his training. The retired heavyweight legend has recently acquired a smartwatch and has become motivated to set personal records and collect achievement badges. His average pace works out to around 4:46 per kilometer. According to Vadim Nemkov, while other members of Fedor Team also use smartwatches, they do not focus on collecting badges the way Fedor does. Nemkov expressed surprise at the level of records Fedor continues to achieve in his running.
