Fedor Emelianenko, now 49 years old, is currently running 15 kilometers in approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes at an average pace of 4:46 per kilometer. According to Vadim Nemkov in an interview, Fedor acquired a smartwatch and has become focused on achieving fitness badges and breaking personal records. Nemkov noted that while other Fedor Team fighters also have smartwatches, none take the badge system as seriously as Fedor does. The legendary fighter's competitive nature extends to his current fitness pursuits despite being retired from competition.
