Vadim Nemkov believes Alexander Ovechkin more recognizable in US than Khabib

Bellator fighter Vadim Nemkov shared his opinion that NHL star Alexander Ovechkin is currently more recognizable in America than retired UFC champion Khabib Nurmagomedov. In an interview, Nemkov explained that many American children play hockey from a young age and know Ovechkin, especially after he broke Wayne Gretzky's record and continues to set new records while remaining in the spotlight. Nemkov suggested that Khabib is less well-known now because he no longer competes and does not appear in the news as frequently. He noted that while both athletes would be recognized in America, Ovechkin likely has the edge in name recognition.
