ONE Championship releases Gary Tonon, Magomed Akaev, and three fighters

ONE Championship has released several MMA and Muay Thai fighters from their roster. The MMA fighters cut include Gary Tonon (9-2) and Magomed Akaev (10-2). The Muay Thai fighters released are Stefan Korodi (2-3-0), Amber Kitchen (0-2-0), and Zafer Sayik (0-3-0). While the poor records of most make their releases understandable, Tonon's departure is notable as he competed exclusively in ONE, had a strong winning record, fought for a championship, and is one of the world's most accomplished grapplers. The releases appear to be part of roster management by the promotion.
