Exactly one year ago, on May 2, 2025, Arman Tsarukyan competed in Karate Combat against Makkasharip Zainukov, which seemed like a one-off event. Since then, Tsarukyan has competed nine additional times across various rulesets including grappling, submission-only, and freestyle wrestling in four different leagues, not counting MMA. Only four of his ten bouts went to decision, with notable submission victories over Mehdi, Freire, and Henderson. The RAF league has grown significantly alongside Tsarukyan and wants him at every event, having already scheduled two fights two weeks apart. His social media presence has doubled in followers over the year, his Telegram channel grew from zero to over 100,000 subscribers, his vlogs accumulated over 5 million views total, and his short videos regularly reach several million views while collaborating with Western stars.
