Dana White discussed how UFC will handle weather conditions for the upcoming outdoor event at the White House. He stated that the event will continue through rain or snow, but lightning is the only weather condition that would cause a stoppage. UFC is working with military weather forecasters who will provide updates every two hours starting 10 days before the event, and hourly updates beginning seven days out. The promotion also partnered with a company experienced in outdoor concerts for additional weather monitoring. White mentioned that the event time could be shifted by up to two hours in either direction if needed, and noted that Abu Dhabi was the only other time he agreed to an outdoor event due to its predictable weather.
