Mateusz Gamrot has shared his perspective on life in Poland compared to the United States during an appearance on the WojewódzkiKędzierski podcast. The Polish fighter stated that his home country is cleaner, safer, more hospitable, and in many ways more modern than America. Gamrot cited examples including payment technology, hospitality culture, and social interactions to support his view. He noted that while the US offers advantages for his sports career, quality of life is not necessarily better there. The lightweight contender also mentioned that his children expressed a preference for returning to Poland even while on vacation in Florida. Gamrot emphasized that navigating daily life is easier at home where he knows the system.
