Mateusz Gamrot shared extensive observations comparing life in Poland and the United States during an interview. He stated that despite Poland having difficult laws and governmental issues, the country is cleaner, safer, and more modern in many everyday aspects than America. Gamrot cited examples such as restaurants in the US only recently adopting portable payment terminals that Poland had implemented a decade earlier. He criticized American hospitality, noting instances where he was expected to bring his own food to barbecues and found social interactions superficial. Gamrot mentioned that even his children prefer returning to Poland despite Florida's beaches and palm trees. He acknowledged that the US offers advantages for sports careers, but emphasized that quality of life is not necessarily better there.
