An infographic has revealed stark differences in momentum across UFC divisions by tracking fighters on three-fight winning streaks or longer. The welterweight division leads as the most competitive and deep division with the most fighters on winning streaks in both the top-15 and top-5. In dramatic contrast, the light heavyweight division shows the weakest competitive depth, with zero fighters in the top-15 currently on a three-fight winning streak. In fact, only one fighter in the entire light heavyweight top-15 has any winning streak at all, and that is Paulo Costa, whose streak includes a victory earned at middleweight. The data excludes champions from the calculation. This analysis highlights the vast disparity in divisional depth and competition levels across the UFC.
