Gamrot says Poland is cleaner, safer, and more modern than USA in many ways

Mateusz Gamrot stated that the more he travels the world, the more he appreciates Poland, calling it cleaner, safer, and in many ways more modern than the United States. He shared examples of Poland being ahead in everyday conveniences, noting that portable payment terminals were standard in Poland ten years before they arrived at American restaurants he visited. Gamrot also described Americans as less hospitable, citing experiences where he was invited to barbecues but would have gone hungry if he hadn't brought his own food, contrasting this with Polish hospitality. He mentioned that social interactions in the US are superficial, and when he once responded honestly to "How are you?" with actual problems, the person didn't know how to react. While acknowledging the US has advantages for sports careers, Gamrot emphasized that life there isn't necessarily better, noting that even his children preferred home in Poland over a Florida beach vacation.
