Mateusz Gamrot offered an extensive comparison between Poland and the United States, arguing that Poland is cleaner, safer, more hospitable, and in many ways more modern than America. The lightweight contender cited examples of Poland being ahead technologically in everyday conveniences like payment terminals, noting that portable payment systems were common in Poland a decade before they arrived at some U.S. restaurants. Gamrot criticized American hospitality culture as superficial, describing interactions as limited to shallow pleasantries, and recounted being invited to barbecues where he would have gone hungry without bringing his own food. He acknowledged that the U.S. offers career advantages for athletes but emphasized that quality of life is not necessarily better, noting that even his children prefer visiting their grandmother in Poland despite being on Florida beaches. Gamrot concluded that being home in Poland makes everything easier and more efficient.
