Alexander Volkov reflects on Victory Day, calls Moscow the world's best city

When asked to describe Moscow after five years away, he contradicted his previous assessment from five years ago when he called it "dirt, traffic, construction." After visiting last summer, Volkov now considers Moscow the best city in the world for living, beauty, and overall quality, telling his New Jersey teammates that everything there is now excellent and worthy. His comments reflect a significantly improved view of his hometown compared to his earlier criticism.
