Ullubiy Amirzhanov continued his perfect submission streak with another creative finish at UAE Warriors, defeating Bruno Rocha (6-1) with an inverted arm triangle choke. The 23-year-old Dagestani fighter secured the submission after taking the fight from standing to the ground. Amirzhanov now holds a 7-0 record in MMA with all victories coming by finish, and six of those seven wins by submission—including two guillotines, an arm-in ezekiel, a ninja choke, a rear-naked choke, and now an inverted arm triangle. He competes in the bantamweight division and comes from a striking background, being the son of Thai boxing and kickboxing coach Anvarbek Amirzhanov. The post notes that Amirzhanov is developing in the school of Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov and is becoming one of the most effective and creative submission artists in MMA.
