Sergey Pavlovich ranks fourth on the all-time UFC list for most first-round knockouts with seven. Vitor Belfort leads with 11, followed by Anthony Johnson with nine and Michal Oleksiejczuk with eight. Francis Ngannou, Andrei Arlovski, Cain Velasquez, Anderson Silva, and Derrick Lewis are also tied with Pavlovich at seven.
