Hamzat Chimaev and Dillon Dinis came face to face at the UFC White House pre-fight faceoffs. Arman Tsarukyan and Tony Ferguson also squared off ahead of their bout at the event.
Two of the matchups scheduled for UFC White House took center stage on Thursday when the pre-fight faceoffs were held just two days before the June 14 event. Hamzat Chimaev and Dillon Dinis stood across from one another, as did lightweight contender Arman Tsarukyan and veteran Tony Ferguson.

Arman Tsarukyan enters the bout as the number one ranked lightweight in the UFC, carrying a record of 23 wins and 3 losses at just 29 years old. The Russian fighter, who trains out of American Top Team, brings a well-rounded offensive game to the cage. He lands 3.85 significant strikes per minute at 50 percent accuracy and is a persistent threat on the ground, averaging 3.26 takedown attempts per 15 minutes.
Tony Ferguson, the 42-year-old American known as El Cucuy, steps in with a career record of 26-11. Fighting out of Knuckleheadz MMA, Ferguson has long been one of the more unpredictable fighters in the lightweight division, combining active striking at 4.91 significant strikes per minute with a consistent submission threat, averaging 0.9 submission attempts per 15 minutes. He works with a 76-inch reach from orthodox stance.

Why it matters
- Tsarukyan is ranked first in the lightweight division, making any performance here significant for the title picture
- Ferguson, despite his record over recent years, remains a credible stylistic threat capable of forcing chaos
- The contrasting styles — Tsarukyan's takedown-heavy pressure versus Ferguson's unorthodox striking and submission game — set up an unpredictable exchange
- The Chimaev-Dinis faceoff signals another high-profile welterweight or middleweight clash on a card drawing significant attention
