Kape Stops Horiguchi in Round Three to Earn Title Shot

Manel Kape knocked out Kyoji Horiguchi in the third round to secure a flyweight title shot. Horiguchi had controlled the first two rounds, using sharp movement and a left hook to trouble Kape, but was caught when he hesitated in an exchange rather than breaking distance after throwing his combination. Kape landed his fourth consecutive knockout in the flyweight division, giving him the most knockout wins in divisional history with five.
