Shara Bullet has revealed he contracted dengue fever during a training camp in Thailand ahead of his fight with Barrio, spending roughly two weeks bedridden with a 40-degree fever, skin sores, and hair loss. He flew to Abu Dhabi still weakened and managed to win the fight. After the bout, he was taken into emergency surgery and spent two days unable to sleep before spending two more weeks unable to breathe properly.
