Shara Bullet has revealed he contracted dengue fever during a training camp in Thailand ahead of his fight with Barrio, spending nearly two weeks bedridden with a 40-degree temperature, breaking out in sores, and suffering hair loss. He flew to Abu Dhabi in a weakened state and still managed to win the bout. Immediately after the fight, Bullet underwent surgery, and for two weeks he was unable to breathe properly as his body recovered from the ordeal.
