Shara Bullet has disclosed that he contracted dengue fever during a training camp in Thailand ahead of his fight with Barrio, spending nearly two weeks bedridden with a 40-degree temperature, skin breakouts, and hair loss. He traveled to Abu Dhabi in a weakened state and still managed to win the bout. Immediately after the fight, Bullet underwent surgery and went two days without sleep, struggling to wind down from what he described as a hunter's mode.
