Quick read
Shara Bullet has disclosed that he contracted dengue fever during a training camp in Thailand ahead of his fight against Barrio, spending roughly two weeks bedridden with a temperature of 40°C, skin breakouts, and hair loss. He said he briefly returned to training before relapsing, and his coaches ultimately told him to conserve his remaining energy for the flight to Abu Dhabi rather than continue sparring. Despite arriving in poor health, Bullet won the fight and then went straight to surgery, spending two days unable to sleep as his body remained in an elevated state before eventually recovering.
