UFC Lightweight Champion Justin Gaethje and flyweight contender Brandon Moreno are set to meet fans at Sunset Station Sportsbook on July 9, with the event running from 6 to 7:30 p.m. UFC announcer Bruce Buffer will also be on hand for the appearance.

Gaethje, 37, carries the lightweight title and a 28-5-0 record into the engagement. The Arizona native, who trains out of Genesis Training Center, is one of the most prolific strikers in the division, landing 6.48 significant strikes per minute at a 58 percent accuracy rate. Standing five-foot-eleven with a 70-inch reach, "The Highlight" has built his reputation on relentless forward pressure and high-volume exchanges.

Moreno brings his own star power to the table. The 32-year-old Mexican fighter holds a 23-10-2 record and is currently ranked second in the flyweight division, training out of Fortis MMA. Known as "The Assassin Baby," Moreno stands five-foot-seven with a 70-inch reach and posts 3.84 significant strikes per minute while also mixing in 1.36 takedowns per 15 minutes, making him one of the more well-rounded competitors in the 125-pound class.
