UFC announces six major matchups across three October and November events

The UFC has set six matchups across three numbered events this fall, with UFC 332 on October 3, UFC 333 on October 24 and UFC 334 on November 14 each receiving two headline fights.

UFC 332 on October 3 features Natalia Silva against Wang Cong, along with Deiveson Figueiredo against Payton Talbott. UFC 333 on October 24 brings Alexander Volkanovski against Movsar Evloev and Petr Yan against Merab Dvalishvili. UFC 334 on November 14 has Cyril Gane facing Josh Hokit and Kayla Harrison taking on Amanda Nunes.

The women's flyweight matchup

Silva, a 29-year-old Brazilian southpaw who trains with Team Borracha, holds a 20-5-1 record and sits at number one in the women's flyweight rankings. She lands 4.81 significant strikes per minute at 45 percent accuracy, and she stands five-foot-four with a 65-inch reach.

Wang, 34, is ranked eighth in the division and carries a 10-1-0 record. Also a southpaw, she is the more prolific striker on paper, landing 6.82 significant strikes per minute at 58 percent accuracy. She averages 0.6 submission attempts per 15 minutes and is two inches taller than Silva at five-foot-six, though their reach is identical.

Talbott's step up

Talbott, a 28-year-old switch-stance fighter from the United States who trains at Reno Academy of Combat, is 11-1-0 and ranked 11th at bantamweight. He lands 6.05 significant strikes per minute with 54 percent accuracy. He stands five-foot-ten with a 70-inch reach. His bout with Figueiredo is the second fight announced for UFC 332.
