Bisping, known as "The Count," brings a storied career to the coaching role. The 47-year-old from England compiled a professional record of 30-9-0 over his fighting career, standing six-foot-one with a 75-inch reach. A former UFC middleweight champion, Bisping was known for his relentless output, averaging 4.33 significant strikes landed per minute during his career.

Cormier, nicknamed "DC," matches Bisping in age at 47 and arrives with an equally impressive résumé. The former two-division UFC champion posted a career record of 22-3-0, standing five-foot-eleven with a 72-inch reach. Cormier was a dominant wrestling-based fighter, averaging 1.83 takedowns per 15 minutes and landing significant strikes at a 52 percent accuracy rate — a mark that reflects his efficiency inside the cage.

Why it matters

  • Both men are former UFC champions with deep experience across different weight classes and fighting styles
  • Bisping's pressure-heavy striking approach contrasts sharply with Cormier's wrestling-first, efficient offense, setting up an interesting dynamic between the two coaching corners
  • The pairing brings significant star power and broadcast credibility to a new season of the long-running reality competition series
