By accessing or using Agent MMA (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Agent MMA provides MMA-related content, including fighter profiles, rankings, predictions, and analysis. Certain features — including fight-outcome predictions — are generated by automated, AI-driven statistical and machine-learning models. All such content, predictions, and analysis are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Distribute viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

4. AI Predictions, Analysis & Content Disclaimer

All predictions, probabilities, rankings, ratings, analysis, and other AI-generated content provided by the Service are produced by automated machine-learning models — including, among other techniques, binary classification models — that are trained on the data available to us. These outputs are inherently probabilistic, experimental, and estimative. They represent statistical likelihoods only and are NOT statements of fact, assurances of any outcome, or any guarantee that the analysis will hold true in real life.

Mixed martial arts and combat sports are unpredictable and affected by countless factors that no model can fully observe, capture, or foresee. Agent MMA makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee — whether express or implied — as to the accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any purpose of any prediction, model output, statistic, ranking, or other content. The past accuracy of any model or prediction is not indicative of, and does not guarantee, future results.

All content is provided strictly for informational and entertainment purposes. You should not place any wager or bet, or make any financial, monetary, or other decision, based in whole or in part on any information, prediction, or output provided by the Service. Any reliance you place on the Service or its content is strictly at your own risk.

5. No Professional Advice; Assumption of Risk

Nothing provided by the Service constitutes betting, gambling, investment, financial, legal, medical, or other professional advice, and nothing should be relied upon as such. You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Service, and any reliance on its content or predictions, is undertaken entirely at your own risk and discretion. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make and for any and all outcomes or consequences that result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks and release Agent MMA from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, and damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or reliance upon, the Service or its content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and images, are the exclusive property of Agent MMA or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The original analysis, descriptions, predictions, and imagery generated by Agent MMA — including AI-generated and AI-transformed works — are owned by Agent MMA, while third-party names, marks, and factual records referenced by the Service remain the property of their respective owners as described in the Affiliation Disclaimer above.

7. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Agent MMA. Agent MMA has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service, including all content, predictions, analysis, data, and materials, is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, with all faults and without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Agent MMA expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, and non-infringement. Agent MMA does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content, prediction, or result will be accurate or reliable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Agent MMA and its owners, operators, affiliates, contributors, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including, without limitation, loss of profits, money, data, use, goodwill, betting or gambling losses, or other tangible or intangible losses — arising out of or in any way connected with your access to, use of, reliance upon, or inability to access or use the Service or any of its content, predictions, or analysis, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, and whether or not Agent MMA has been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, the total aggregate liability of Agent MMA shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount, if any, you paid to Agent MMA in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred United States dollars (USD $100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Agent MMA and its owners, operators, affiliates, and contributors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your reliance on any content, prediction, or analysis provided by the Service; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

11. Modifications

Agent MMA reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to check the Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Agent MMA may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
