Chris Padilla misses weight by 900 grams at UFC 327 weigh-ins

Twenty-three of 24 fighters successfully made weight at the UFC 327 weigh-ins. Chris Padilla came in 900 grams over the limit and will be fined 20 percent of his purse, which will go to his opponent Markel Mederos. Despite the weight miss, the bout between Padilla and Mederos will proceed as scheduled. No other fighters had issues making their contracted weights for the event.
