At the UFC 327 official weigh-ins, Chris Padilla weighed in at 71.7 kg, missing the lightweight limit of 70.8 kg by 900 grams. He will be fined 20% of his purse, which will be awarded to his opponent Markel Mederos. Despite the weight miss, the bout will proceed as scheduled.
