St. Petersburg assembles strongest heavyweight team since Red Devil era

Most compete in ACA, where the high level of competition means inevitable losses but also validates those who succeed as world-class fighters. Upcoming fights of interest include Kornilov vs Tony Johnson and Matsola vs Khadis Ibragimov, with Ibragimov also having developed professionally in St. Petersburg.
