Ulberg captures UFC light heavyweight title with first-round KO of Prochazka

Carlos Ulberg won the UFC light heavyweight championship by knocking out Jiri Prochazka at 3:45 of the first round in the UFC 327 main event. In the co-main event, Josh Hokit defeated Curtis Blaydes by unanimous decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28) in a heavyweight bout. Paulo Costa knocked out Azamat Murzakanov in the third round at 1:23. Other notable results included Aaron Pico defeating Patricio Pitbull by unanimous decision, Tatiana Suarez submitting Lupita Godinez in round two, and Mateusz Gamrot submitting Esteban Ribovics in round two. Performance of the Night bonuses went to Carlos Ulberg and Josh Hokit, while Fight of the Night honors went to Hokit vs Blaydes.
