Khadis Ibragimov is making his ACA debut at ACA 202 against undefeated heavyweight Daniil Matsola (7-0), who will have a 12kg weight advantage. Ibragimov left the UFC in 2020 with an 0-4 record over 13 months during the pandemic year, going from 8-0 to 8-4. Since leaving the UFC, he has compiled an approximately 13-3-3 record across 19 fights under various rulesets, compared to other Russian fighters who struggled post-UFC. Ibragimov claims to have increased his fight purses four to five times compared to his UFC earnings, now reportedly making 5-6 million rubles per fight. The analysis notes this is a good challenge for Ibragimov as he has been inconsistent against strong opposition. The card also features Tony Johnson, who has victories over Derrick Lewis, Tim Sylvia, and Alexander Volkov, facing Kirill Kornilov.
