Carlos Ulberg knocked out Jiri Prochazka at 3:45 of the first round to win the light heavyweight championship in the UFC 327 main event. In other main card action, Paulo Costa knocked out Azamat Murzakanov in the third round, Josh Hockett defeated Curtis Blaydes by unanimous decision in a Fight of the Night performance that also earned Hockett a Performance bonus, Dominick Reyes defeated Johnny Walker by split decision, and Cub Swanson stopped Nate Landwehr by TKO in the first round. The preliminary card featured wins by Tatiana Suarez (submission), Mateusz Gamrot (submission), Kevin Holland (decision), and Aaron Pico (decision). Ulberg and Hockett both received Performance of the Night bonuses.
