An analysis piece highlighted Khadis Ibragimov as the best Russian fighter at reviving his career after UFC failure. After leaving the UFC in 2020 with an 0-4 record over 13 months, Ibragimov has gone approximately 13-3-3 across 19 fights in various promotions and rule sets since 2020. He has reportedly increased his purse by four to five times compared to his UFC earnings, now making an estimated 5-6 million rubles per fight. Ibragimov is set to make his ACA debut on April 12 against undefeated heavyweight Daniil Matsola (7-0), who will have a 12kg weight advantage. The same ACA 202 card features Tony Johnson, who previously defeated Derrick Lewis, Tim Sylvia, and Alexander Volkov, facing Kirill Kornilov.
