PFL Chicago concluded with several fight results. In the main event, Mitch McKee defeated Sergio Pettis by unanimous decision. Renat Khavalov beat Raufeon Stots by unanimous decision, and Viviane Araujo defeated Shanna Young, also by unanimous decision. Other notable results included Gabriel Braga defeating Chayden Leialoha by decision, Gena Bishop submitting Borena Tsertsvadze with a rear-naked choke in round one, and Omar El Dafrawy knocking out James Vick in the first round.
