An unusual incident occurred during the co-main event of the Yuzhniy Rubezh: Nachalo 6 tournament when both fighters fell out of the cage during their bout. Fortunately, neither fighter suffered injuries from the fall at that moment. The fight continued and in the following round, Alexander Sukhov secured a TKO victory over Ruslan Myrtaev.
