Ray Longo criticizes Jiri Prochazka's 'mercy' excuse, Ulberg questions sincerity

Coach Ray Longo, who trains Merab Dvalishvili and Aljamain Sterling, has strongly criticized Jiri Prochazka's post-fight claim of showing mercy, suggesting it indicates mental health issues in MMA. Longo stated that while Prochazka's eccentric behavior like drinking his own urine is entertaining, his 'mercy' excuse shows he simply made a major mistake. Carlos Ulberg, who defeated Prochazka at UFC 327, stated that fear, not mercy, caused Prochazka's loss and accused him of playing to the audience. Ulberg also revealed that Prochazka never approached him after the fight and suggested the excuse was meant to secure a rematch. Ulberg believes Magomed Ankalaev will dominate Prochazka if they fight.
