Khamzat Chimaev revealed he spent between six hundred and seven hundred thousand dollars constructing a wrestling facility for children in his home village in Chechnya. In an interview on the Beyond The Win channel, Chimaev explained that he fights not only for himself but to help others, and money provides opportunities to do so. He also assists with medical expenses for villagers who call him for help. Chimaev dismissed criticism about his inactivity between fights, stating he earns millions from the UFC and even more outside of fighting due to his name recognition. He expressed gratitude for his UFC pay and said he is living his dream, with sponsors and business opportunities coming from around the world.
