Dana White showcased the arena design for the upcoming UFC event at the White House, set to take place on the South Lawn. The stage is currently being built in Europe and will be shipped to Philadelphia before being transported to Washington, D.C. White emphasized that the event is entirely self-funded by the UFC with no taxpayer money involved, calling it a gift to America for its 250th anniversary. Over 70,000 people have already applied for tickets at UFCfreedom250.com, with free tickets available for the Ellipse park area across from the arena. The event weekend will feature a two-day fan festival including press conferences, weigh-ins, performances by Zac Brown Band, celebrity guests, and fight viewing on large screens, expecting to draw over 100,000 fans.
